Thank u so much Ma'm.Much much needed video. I'm an intern at a tertiary care hospital and ve to work for 12hrs and even 24 - 36 hrs at a stretch and it really affects the health. Was eagerly looking for some advise on this.

Before any precautions, try to switch for any day shift job if possible cause you might can decrease the problems but can’t completely eliminate it.
