I'm getting a decent seven hours sleep a night, I work out three times a week, I started drinking water every morning as per your advice. Definitely more sleep and more hydration has made me feel a lot better, thank you.

Thankyou!! I work 6pm to 4am in security then try to sleep and boxing training. I'm always tired.

Hi. Night shift worker here (Crane operator), I walk half a mile from carpark to my job with a backpack 🎒 with two 1.9 litres of water and a few gadgets and tools ..it's almost 3 stone in wight and I climb 58 steps to the work place. I sleep with a noise machine and black out curtains and wake up after only 6hrs. Am I getting enough sleep and exercise, coz i think i feel ok ?
