Such an excellent, basic series of some of the best knee & hip flexor stretches … need to do this daily but am going to start w/ a goal of 3 times a week to start so I don’t get discouraged when I set the bar to high & fall sort. Even adding this once a week is progress & that can be built on. My attitude & outlook are critical to my mental status as mood follows action.
Thank you so much for this, Brian. You always explain movements clearly, slowly & use camera angles where it’s easy to see exactly what you’re doing.
