I really love these stretching exercises! They have helped me get rid of knee paìn, back pain and hip pain. I am working on a knee injury now and I can already feel the relaxation after doing the stretches. Thank you so much Kosak and Claudia! God bless you both as you continue to help others!

I just wanted to update that I've been following this video for week. I went from a Velcro sounding knee to being able to go down the stairs with a couple quiet pops. I also haven't had swelling or pain anymore. I was about to go to a physical therapist and get supplements, but now I don't have to, so a huge thank you to guys. Keep doing what you do best. ☺

I got a knee replacement and I do these exercises at PT and at home now I got someone to do it at home with. Thanks guys I know I will recover a lot quicker cuz I get bored doing these at home. So you & your wife will play a big part of my

Thank you for the really effective knee exercise. My daughter had a paleta dislocation in 2018 while practising SILAT MELAYU training. The exercise helps to strengthen her knee muscle.

For me, I am 53 years old. I had a sport injury when I was in college at my early-20's. So, I have suffered knee pain since then. This exercise has reduced my knee pain.

Thank you thank you thank you!! This is the first knee exercise video I've found that goes through the whole workout with you, instead of just quickly demonstrating each move and leaving it to yourself to go through. I also love how you focused on starting small for people dealing with pain who may not be in great shape yet (me lol.) So happy I almost cried at the end haha. :)

I'm happy this video helps so many people out! I unfortunately did it not knowing the diagnosis I had at the time, turns out I had a muscle imbalance where my quads are too dominate causing strain on the tendons & knee cap. In my case I have to specifically strengthen the glutes. Hope everyone here finds what's right for them

Fabulous! I am fighting to take back the power in my leg after a bad ski injury a couple of years ago. These are ALL the exercises my physio has been encouraging me to do. Can’t tell you the difference it has made being able to have your company, direction and the gentle encouraging pace you always set. I drive myself too hard and endure and then give up! But you have changed all that and I am really beginning to enjoy exercises. Love your videos. Thanks so much.
