You are very helpful. I really need to learn as much stretching as possible to avoid pain and to be able to do weight hip trust, all day long I clean so stretching back backwards and shoulders backwards streach is good for me like cobra streach and other stretching that you teach. Thank you for your encouragement and great beginners streach as well as different graduate stages of stretching.
