I lost 50.8 lbs using ur workout and intermittent fasting (in 4 months). My weight goal is 110 lbs, 19.2 more lbs to go!

If you do a diet for at least a week and do this exercise then you will prob lose 4-7 kg. Drink a lot of water and just leave those fuzzy drinks and also stay safe out there

I am a 26 years old woman with major hyperthyroidism. Since November, I controlled my diet (1000 calories a day) and did this exercise 3 times a day. I totally lost around 13 kg, from 70.1 kg to 56.8. Thank you, I will keep going.

I started crying at 9:18, I took a ten minute break because I had a mental breakdown. I was gonna quit the whole weight loss thing. Then I got back up and I tried again. I hope it’s worth it. I really need some motivation. I’m 13, 5’7, and 200 pounds. This is very difficult.

hey guys so when i did this it was once a day 5 days a week for one week and i lost 18 lbs!! in a week!! it was surprising very and i very much like these videos hes so motivational! and with my eating the only thing i did change was i was drinking smoothies like fruit smoothies detox smoothies! i started doing juice fasts and have lost 20 lbs in a week and 3 days and again im back not because ive gain weight but because my journey is not over this is my second week in a row starting today thank you so much adrian!!

I do the complete workout 3 to 4 times per week once a day. And every time I give my all. I can now see an hourglass shape. It s been 15 weeks now and It’s now a life style. I rather to that 20 min than the 30 one because it’s too long lol. But I can definitely see changes. I m not on any kind of diet.

In the beginning when I first started working out with you, I was pushing myself very hard by doing these 3x a day everyday until my feet broke down just to appear in good shape for people but now I decided to respect my body and give it its own time to change with feeding it the proper and healthy way and taking care of it just for me and no one else.💗✨🌹

Im 14, 5'7, and weigh 243.7lbs. After doing this 20 minute workout at 12am I felt great! My muscles are sore, but it just means im losing weight. Thank you so much sir!

This is a great workout bro. I got more out of this then doing a 5 mile walking workout with 6lbs weights. How can anyone dislike this. Keep up the awesome workouts bro.
