This practice shifts our focus from the whirlwind of thoughts to the rhythm of our breath, anchoring us in the present moment. As we breathe deeply, our heart rate slows and our mind receives a signal to relax, allowing a sense of peace to wash over us. This process not only soothes the immediate symptoms of overthinking but also cultivates a long-term resilience against mental clutter. Through regular breathwork, we train our minds to pause, reset, and approach life's challenges with a clearer, more centered perspective.

I personally make all aspects of creating this content, including the music, guided voice, and video editing. This song was inspired by music I heard while watching some documentaries on African tribes. I have been to many places around the world but have not stepped foot in that enormous content yet. This is just what I need because my mind is like, "Hey, you wanna think?" And I'm like, "I do that all the time." Unfortunately, I'm not ready for this as I have issues with a really tight diaphragm and looking into Dirga Pranayama (do you have anything like this?) to get my basics down so I can experience more of these gifts you have bestowed upon us. I would like to say that this music is awesome, I almost busted a freestyle! The location is wonderful and the double angles with the editing are an nice feature. You look healthy and rested. I just followed along with some deep breathing for now, but I'll be back❣

So great. I did this one again. For sure, one i will go back to often. The part at the end, when you stay with us in meditation, is so appreciated. There is no cut between breath worth and meditation. And meditating with all of the people, it is so much more than me

Hi Sandy! This was another great one. These exercises have been so great for me I have been spreading the word to my family. Could you tell me what’s a good beginner exercise to share with them, taking into account this is all new to them…❤thank you for everything you do. If I’d have known 20 years ago that I had this much potential for peace inside me I would have saved myself much suffering in search of it. I like to say this is peace you can procure even in a straight jacket. So much love 🙏🙏🙏
