"It is not death that a man should fear, but he should fear never beginning to live"

It's not death we fear. It's the fear of a life not well spent.

As an Immortal Time Lord, I really appreciate this video. You really shine light on this difficult topic. I honestly haven’t seen a video this good in at least 12, 000 years!

Me and my brother were talking about living for ever. My 94 year old grandfather was there and he said "I wouldn't" and I asked "why" and then he replied with "you wouldn't want to!"

9 things to quit for all Strong People :

1. Caring about what others think
2. Not believing in yourself
3. Not experimenting different ideas / solutions for problems (life&business)
4. Not prioritizing your health
5. Wasting your precious time
6. Wanting something (instead write a plan and work towards it)
7. Chasing meaningless relationships
8. Wasting time by scrolling social media
9. Quitting addictions for good (if you have any — consider stopping it as it makes you mentally weak + affects your confidence and all other areas of your life!) 🚀

Take it easy and I hope you found one thing helpful in this list 💯☝️

Cole, I've been having this fear of death and I'm a young person, it was so sad because of i was afraid of losing people i loved most, and most of all losing myself and wondering what the unknown was to me.

It is something i still get anxious about till this day, but thank you for shedding light on how important our mortality is, i never got to see from this perspective, maybe a little but, just like you said, to accept out fate, and go on with life, being intentional about the people we meet and the things we experience❤

thank you so much for this video, you're really a life saver, and I'm most happy that i got to experience this knowledge from you, thank you!!! 💗💗🔥🔥

Recently had life saving cancer surgery. All went well, so far, but the biggest thing I did to help my self endure this journey, was accept my own mortality. Nothing can touch me now...
We're only here for the visit, but I'm not done visiting yet 😎

The fact that we all inevitably die, our mortality, is what gives our lives meaning ...
This is an excellent video on the topic!

*"memento mori" - remember you will die.*

This has been something I've lived by since the passing of my grandmother over a decade ago. I talked to her the day before her passing, and while she didn't suffer it made me realize just how fast life can be taken away from you and I take no moment or day for granted.

In the past I felt so alive but didn't realize why. This really helped open my eyes. It's time to get out of my apartment, do something for a change. Because there comes a time when I can't. Thank you Cole for this message

My father passed away in April and up until then, I spent a lot of my time worrying about when or if he would succumb to his chronic illnesses. I've been without my dad for almost two months now and the thoughts I had about death and the inevitability of it have changed significantly. I had a little less than a month to really confront the ideas I had about life and whether or not I was making good use of my time on this planet while my dad fought the last of his grueling battles. I watched “3 Weird Ways to Care Less and Enjoy Life More” right before this video; both are absolute gems and came at the perfect time. Thank you for these guides that serve as fantastic reminders.

This is a very powerful message. Life becomes worth living when we understand we're all gonna die.

I regularly watch your videos and they're great. But this video is exceptional, Cole! You literally made me cry and made me realize that my current worries are completely insignificant. God bless you, Cole!
