I'm a contortionist and I'm really good at handstands this could help but if you already know how to do a handstand and you want to hold it longer here are some tips when you're in the handstand grip your hands onto the floor and push your body more forward but not too forward or you'll fall into a backbend you're welcome❤❤❤❤❤

i can do it for a long time too its been month that i learned a handstand.
In the second time i did a handstand to the wall i fell forward to the wall and fell to the ground! 😅😅😂😂😅
And i never did it to the wall.😀
