This is the most realistic step by step I’ve seen. Thank you for being real and not assuming people have body strength from the start

Dude, I’ve been attempting handstands fairly consistently for about 3weeks but hadn’t gotten a hold longer than a couple seconds. After watching this and incorporating the grip and focus techniques I just held a handstand for almost 10 seconds! I couldn’t believe a few small changes could make such a big difference! I’m super excited to progress using the these tips!

Handstand has levels, we never stop improving. Hold, correct posture, learn to walk backwards, forwards, sideways, fixing eyes on the floor, with eyes closed, without looking down, moving your head, hold for at least 2 minutes, learn press handstand, one arm handstand and much, much more.
It's like a child learning to balance, then walk, run, dance and so on.
It takes years...
I've been practicing for 14 years now and I'm always learning, things are always evolving and changing, there comes a time when you enter a kind of trance and you're floating and you can't fall, even if they try to knock you down.
I just think these "sets" are too modest, it suggests 10/15/10, at least. Daily workouts of at least one hour.
Good training!

I love how you started that list and then “I don’t go that many places.” I feel you!

Finally someone that explains everything properly. You watch some videos and they're giving you some type of motivational speech. I do not need to hear, so once again. Thank you for your perfect explain video.

Your sense of humor is superb. A lot of folks probably miss it, but it's found by those worthy of it.

Tip for any beginner: make sure your hand are directly under ur shoulders and not forward or back too much. I was struggling at first because i didn’t have the right posture

When I first tried to learn the handstand I noticed my shoulder mobility was bad, mostly due to tight lats. This meant I couldn't align my body properly when standing without a wall, even if I can do multiple hspu against a wall

I also realized how important it is to actively push against the floor, because a lot of the balance comes from the shoulders

You had me at the wall walk when you said, "It may seem like you are going to flip over and die, but that's good!"😂😂😂 Best way to describe that. I'm working on my handstands and for sure my issue is still balance. Thank you for making this video. Definitely going to keep practicing 💪💪
