I did this bc we were learning it in pe and then it was fun so i tried it with my friend and i fell and broke my wrist

I did the last step by watching another person's video.

-my left hands gave in and i hit my head on concrete

That guy said not to keep both hands at the same level, that protected me from a front flip at least and saved me from breaking my hip.
