I'm trained in classical ballet, we used this same method with one difference, instead of using a stick we used a elastic band.

Whenever I do shoulder dislocations, my shoulders move asymmetrical through the movement. One shoulder seems to be more higher and forward than the other. How can I fix this problem?

i've just had a shoulder dislocation. now its back in place and i need to keep it immobile for few weeks. does this exercise help to prevent it from dislocating again?

Oh, fuck thank you. overhead press has always been a bitch because I've had trouble getting my arms parallel with my spine. If this helps I owe you alot. I assume a standard barbell works in a pinch?

I recommend EVERYONE with a bad shoulder or a history of shoulder dislocations to NOT follow what he is doing unless a professional advises you to. Chances are your bad shoulder will not be able to go all the way back just as his, doing it forcefully can result in harm. If you do follow this exercise please do it easy, slow and to your comfort. Other than that see a professional to regain that extra mobility
