When Your Shoulder Pops 💥 Out #shorts

Показать описание
Shoulder dislocations represent 50% of all major joint dislocations, with anterior dislocation being most common. The shoulder is an unstable ball-in-socket joint due to a shallow glenoid (shoulder socket) that only articulates with a small part of the humeral head (upper arm bone). The #shoulderjoint is the most regularly dislocated joint in the body. The shoulder can dislocate forward, backward, or downward, and completely or partially, though most occur anteriorly. Fibrous tissue that joins the bones can be stretched or torn, complicating a #jointdislocation. It usually takes a strong force, such as a blow to the #shoulder to pull the bones out of place. Extreme rotation can also pop the shoulder out of its socket. Contact sports injuries often cause a dislocated shoulder. Trauma from motor vehicle accidents and falls are also a common source of dislocation. #shoulderinjury

The pressure relief of a rear dislocation of the shoulder when it goes back into place, is almost orgasmic.

Every time you dislocate your shoulder it gets weaker making it easier to dislocate and the cycle gets worse

I dislocated mine literally 100s of times in the military before I had surgery... got so bad I couldn't lift my arm to grab a hand rail.. the pain only get worse the more it happens.. and the surgery is by far the worst to recover from

Relocating it as soon as you can is sure as hell less painful than leaving it for a trained professional to arive on scene

Been there, done that…several times by my self..once it happened randomly on my right shoulder while I was on my way out in the middle of the highway, driving a manual I was forced to learn how to change gear with my left hand.
Anyway I didn’t even bother to go to the hospital at this point, but after one consistent year of targeted exercises and a high protein diet my shoulders are stronger than ever 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

That’s what I did. The first time it happened was a Shoulder Subluxation. At Volleyball practice I served the ball, and my shoulder moved out of place and it was the worst pain ever for like 7 minutes, but when I just focused on breathing and remembering how it SHOULD feel, it moved back in place. It was really sore for a long time, but then like 2 weeks ago I was at a game and served in warmups and it did it again, but moved back in less than 20 seconds. And then 2 days ago I was serving again and it moved out of place, but that stayed longer, but then moved back in place. Right now my athletic trainer says the first time was definitely a subluxation, but these 2 other times were a shift of my shoulder bone due to it being unstable, and that the first time really put a toll on my shoulder muscles. I’m so upset. I want this to go away. Surgery doesn’t feel necessary right now.

I know this pain. Repeating dislocations in both shoulders as a teenager. It happened so often I got to be a pro at putting them back in. (Pro tip - never slam it into a wall like they do in the movies) Eventually had surgery on both. And my arms were very weak and kinda useless for a while. Started working out again and doing martial arts and made a mostly full recovery.

I recently dislocated my shoulder...it cost me about as much as a good used car to go to the ER and get it fixed...next time I think I'll get my friend to do it.

I dislocated my right shoulder two months back although after dislocation it slit out of place just little bit three times ....and its the most painful i learnt to stable my shoulder and keept working it out two months of dislocation i can lift again ..i had no surgery and can't afford to meet a doctor...just had a local doctor help work on it a bit i can lift as heavy but i still feel little pain there so ....i do rest a bit like two day then i lift again ....for now i can lift good just have to give it more time to heal like 4 more months ....but i have to keep it in check before then ....so i don loose all muscle and it grows stronger

What he doesn't mention is that you have to train your mind to relax your muscles so that the joint can slip back in, and he moans because the pain relief is instant and 100% better

My sports medicine Dr. told me once to avoid weight bars, pools, and sudden outward movements. He showed me an easy way to put my shoulder back in. However, I have dislocated my shoulder 3 more times (doing what!?) after that advice. Hearing how that sounds gives me chills. To start, that's the wrong way to put it back in!
1-Elbow close and centered to your body.
2-Supported by your other arm, slow push-up.

If someone has a better way, suggestions are accepted.

In 1984 they called mine a “recurrent dislocator” and added two clips, it worked for 38 years until I tore my rotator cuff (unrelated) .

After first relocation it should stay imobilised for few weeks, so the tendents should shrink to normal lengs, othervise it would dislocate again

It doesn't have to be painful I used to dislocate my shoulders constantly to the point I learned how to relocate them myself
