STOP skipping this Bicep Exercise!

So if you’re looking for a new bicep exercise, definitely give this a try. Simply make your way over to an open lat pulldown machine, and adjust the knee support attachment so that the bottom of your triceps lie comfortably against the pad. Then, perform a normal curl like such, keeping your triceps in contact the entire time. This will force you to keep very strict form to ensure that your biceps are actually doing the work as opposed to swinging the weight with momentum. And as always, make sure to fully extend at the bottom because that is how you stretch the bicep, to strengthen it in that lengthened position, because if you were to skip that, it would then become weak in that bottom range, meaning anytime you load that range, your bicep will not be able to handle it, and this is where injuries occur. So do not skip the bottom portion, it is very important to ensure that your bicep stays strong and healthy overtime.

i’ve sean sean naleawanyj recommend this too, i’m sure it’s great, but no shot im taking up a lat pulldown machine for a bicep exercise 💀

For guys worried about occupying pulldown machine, do the exercise seated reverse on the preacher curl station.
Lower the seat such that triceps rest of the preacher curl pad and curl. I've tried this works more or less the same.

It’s even better when moving your butt more forward and sort of laying down. This way your arms are more behind your body giving an even better stretch. Think of it like a supported incline curl
