Hanging leg circles everyday. 10 reps 4 sets. Abs in 2 weeks. Abs pop out in 1 month.

No, you should be flexing your abs. You are working your abs, not your f'n spine 🤦‍♂️ Weight lifting is nothing more than flexing a muscle under resistance, if you can't flex your abs doing leg raises then your abs are nowhere near strong enough. Maybe try doing leg raises on an incline bench, raising the incline gradually until it's almost vertical and then do hanging leg raises.
