Hi, good morning, saw this exercise of stretching, would just like to ask is it good for stiffness in my bones..Ex when I sit down in a cafe to enjoy a cup of coffee on my own I’m in pain when I get up to go after about 1 hour, I am 67 soon 68 in December, is there anything apart from stretching which might help?

I found this very challenging and not doable other than the towel behind the back. I could not do wall Angel as I have had 5 spinal surgeries and have spinal fusion from T9 to S4 and am bent forward from my hips. There for I can not touch my shoulders and the neck to the wall. The same with the Broom exercise as well. Sorry, I could not do these exercises because of my surgeries on the spind and the posture I am in at present.
