Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
3/4 cup granulated monk fruit
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp xanthum gum
1/2 cup softened butter
3 large eggs
3 TBS lemon juice
zest of one lemon
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 TBS poppy seeds
For Frosting:
1 cup powdered monk fruit
3 TBS lemon juice
3 TBS Heavy Whipping Cream
I use Lankato brand monk fruit.
