THINGS I USED IN TODAY'S KETO BROWNIE BITES RECIPE:

KETO BROWNIE BITES INGREDIENTS:

1/2 Cup (128g) Unsweetened Sunflower Butter
1/4 Cup (20g) Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/3 Cup (66g) Confectioners Erythritol
3 Tbsps (21g) Coconut Flour
Just a pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all of the ingredients into a large bowl

Use a spatula to combine the ingredients until crumbly

Once crumbly use your hands to form a ball of dough.

Once a ball of dough is formed, use you hands - or take a cookie scoop out - and form small truffle sized (or larger) bites out of the dough

Add the truffles to a plate and enjoy.

Store the truffles in a sealed container in the fridge

I have made these twice so far and this being the first keto dessert I have ever made. The first time I made it, I feel the swerve at 1/3 cup was a bit much of that weird taste. The second time I made it I only used 1/4 cup and I feel this way is better for me. Thank you so much!

I just made these. They are delish! I used organic peanut butter and had to use about 3/4 of a cup to get it to bond right. I didn't have confectioner's sweetener so I put monkfruit into my coffee grinder and made some. I added a little vanilla too. I rolled them into 1 inch balls and got 18 of them. Then I put mini-muffin papers in a mini-muffin pan and pressed the brownies into the cups. Stored them in a covered container in the fridge. Two will be perfect with my second cup of morning coffee. Next time I'm going to sweeten some cream cheese and put it in the center of each one and put a pecan on top. Yummy, fast, and easy recipe. Thanks.

These taste soo good, way better than I expected! Making these regularly from now on. I made this with pb and almond butter since I don't have sunflower butter, and I think they taste the best with pb bc chocolate and pb are one of the best flavor combos :) I did have to make adjustments when making these. I used 1/2 cup pb, 1/4 cup cocoa, 1/4 cup powdered erythritol, 2 tbsp coconut flour and since the dough was a little crumbly, I added about 1/2 tbsp almond milk

I ALWAYS keep these in the fridge!
I use a little less cocoa powder, use natural pnut butter and crushed pecans. A-MAZING!!!

Just made these and omg it’s my favorite day Bomb so far. The walnuts are a game changer, definitely include. I add one to each individual after I finish rolling them and it only added 1 net carb and since I made 14 it came to 1.6 net carb each.
