How many carbs exactly are the dinner rolls. A lot of things say keto on it but theyre not.

Made this tonight. Used recipe almost to the T. Just added diced red, .yellow, and orange pepper. Also used Roa's, so reduced my sweetener to 1.5 T (swerve). 100% on point. 100% recommend. My only complaint is printing on the recipe was like 10 pages. Condensed that BS, I already watched the video. Will buy cookbook.

Sloppy joes are awesome! We like ours on the king's Hawaiian bread rolls even though they're not keto they're so good!

I always do this when i make minst meat.. I put the whole block of meat in the pan/skillet and kinda cook it like a steak before chopping it up.. I feel like it gets more of a flavor then.

Wow, this was so good, just made it, best sloppy Joe I ever had, only thing is I sub’d garlic powder and onion powder with actual garlic and onion, and I used 7 sucra drops since to me it taste identical to sugar, I also used zero carb tortillas, this is going to the regular menu rotation for sure, I was thinking if I added more of the marinara then it could also be an amazing spaghetti meat sauce as well

What I do is add the slop to a bowl, add pepperjack cheese to the top and broil for a couple of minutes. No need for bread.

I am not fully keto yet but I am avoiding as much bread, potatoes, rice and sugar as possible no Matt what they call it. So resetting myself to go into a heavy meat based keto, Ketovore or Carnivore not sure yet. But some substitutes I might try is some "Carnivore Bread" lots of different variations and recipes to look up! Possibly make a sloppy joe bowl with some cheese and meat chips. Like Carnivore nachos I guess. Love sloppy Joe's!
