I am 79 years old and have been noticing that I don’t have very good balance anymore. Your exercises make sense, and I look forward to improving.

This is gold for anyone experiencing spasticity and wanting to walk better!

Having strength to stand is not a problem, but a person who is paralyzed knows exactly that he/she has no strength in their side leg or the inside of their leg. And the hope that you are giving me and others, i think is huge. Because we all wants to walk again on a proper way. Thank you doc from the Netherlands.

Wish I had these exercises 24 years ago when a stroke left my left side weak. Had a total knee replacement on left knee 6 months ago. The right knee will be done in February 2023. I will work with this during my regular daily routine. Looking forward to being able to move on to part 2.😃💕

I am also 79 & I love this video. I have always had balance issues & the nice instructor is very patient & clear in her instructions so I am doing them 6 days a week & plan to go to Part 2 when I feel I have mastered this one. Thank you so much.

Thanks for sharing these..I am a spinal stroke patient from the last 10 months and I had a full body paralysis. I have lots of issues in balencing. I think the clock exercise will be really helpful for me. Thank you.

Dear Tara, very nice and thank you, but can you put together maybe a "20 minute routine" that I can follow everyday instead of just random exercises? that would be very helpful for me.

I'm a newbie subscriber. I really enjoy your videos. I'm so glad I found it by accident. I'm 7yrs post stroke Left and side hemeparesis.I wish I can see a PT as I'm too scared to train alone.I've fallen before and that just freaks me out. My left side is weak.my foot slip, there's no grip.I've tripped many times. It is very slippery.I have altered foot sensation. My knee and ankle are are weak. I am very fearful of falling so don't do much Anita frustrating.I just want to be able to have a steady gait and be strong enough to not worry about falling.
