Day 6 completed! So excited! Lost 1.5 kg! My legs & hips started to look the way i wish them to look! My belly still needs some workouts and i am planing to continue with you Roberta's Gym untill i make my wish to come true..thanks alot. Day 7 on it's way Inshallah🥰

i was doing exercises in a gym four times a week for three hours of time, and I ran into this Channel last December, and since February, because of the virus, I decided not to go to the gym. I've noticed in three months I've made progress that I've never made before. I have a perfect body and partly because of this Channel. Thank you 😊

I am going to do this with lucy windham 7 min belly workout and full body workout I am going on with fasting due to ramzan so that will be my diet I will update my results after 7 days

My 2month complete
I Did this exercise 2 times per day morning &evening(weekly 1day rest)
Diet -intermediate fasting
Before weight -68kg
Belly - 39inch
Now
Weight - 62kg
Belly. - 32inch
