No one likes correctional exercises/training and many of them giving partially answers and wrong cues...
You, on the other hand, gave an accurate information and, watching you for a long time, I've noticed humble approach (even on insults/attacks), always trying to explain or defend your statements with some more facts.
Not that I agree with everything, but I respect you for that. :)

Since you asked: For the [outward rotating part of the] rotator cuff, my favorite is doing face-pulls on rings with my thumbs facing backwards and my hands above (and behind) my head in the end position

This is hands down the best fitness channel in the world. Not only is Daniel knowledgeable, but he's putting a shit ton of effort in this. And he actually answers questions, rather than posing new ones. Respect!

Love this, I'm going to make time for them all. Can we please get a version for bullet proof hips?

The timing of this is almost cruel :( I tore mine yesterday. Absolutely excruciating and frozen shoulder. I really hope I recover and can workout again soon. I had just about nailes handstand

I do rotator cuff reinforcement with elastic bands keeping the high position for 30 sec each arm at the end of every training. And also before as warm up but doing reps. It really is bulletproofing and everybody should do it especially if you work on HSPU, planche and stuff that require a lot of strenght from your shoulder

Yes i needed this! I have fixed my ankles, my knees and my hips...now i need to bulletproof my shoulders especially my right side since i have a long term injury. Can i swap the dumbell with kettlebells? Or dumbells are better? Need more of this with resistance bands and kettlebell please

Matt Wenning talks a lot about this as well! The dumbbell version feels better on the floor imo

Where do you place facepulls (rings, bar or even dumbbells) on this scale ? Is it worth replacing them with the exercises you’ve just demonstrated ?
