Clenching my jaw too. Will do it all day and not realize it until I start getting a headache.
Didn't know about the bumping into things though. Makes sense. Everything is "getting in my way" lately.

Yes! The yawn trick to take a deep breath, that has definitely happened to me.

This has been me basically all my life. Literally. I remember being under 10 and having the most intense need to take deep breathes because it felt like I wasn't getting enough oxygen. Not that I was having restricted breathing, but I just had to do it or I couldn't think. I've always bumped into dang near everything around me, I get a solid 8 hours of sleep a day and I'm exhausted after 5 hours at work (even if I'm not doing a lot of labor), and I sleep with my hands gripping and holding onto something, with basically my whole body curling up.

I don't clench my fists but I clench my jaw to the point I've been needing to bite on a washcloth while sleeping so i won't wake up with migraines

I thought i was just weird for having to yawn to actually take a deep breath, and times when i feel like I'm not getting enough ear in my lung in general

Omg the anxiety of not being able to take a deep breath unless I yawn takes over everything when it happens

I almost always need to yawn to take a proper deep breath

Finally! A straight answer as to why I keep on banging my knees on every sharp corner in the house. Also stubbing my toes, getting fingers & hands nicked, scraped & bruised. A great topic to discuss with my Psychiatrist. Thanks!
