I had a friend growing up who always said that he had a perpetual head ache that never went away. Most people assumed he was just saying this to get attention, he said it so casually, it didnt seem real. He died at 17 from brain cancer.

This is so sad and scary. The struggle is getting Dr’s to take things seriously. I went to the hospital several times as a teen with headaches, and was always dismissed.

My mother just died of a brain aneurysm this October. She was only 59, still had so much time to live. I think that's what hurts the most, knowing that your loved one's life has been cut short.

My younger sister before she died told me that I have the same heart condition she had. Two years from the day I was indeed diagnosed with the same heart problem

My cousin had a ruptured brain aneurysm at 72 and the doctor talked to us that she will not be the same and if there is improvement it will be minimal. We did not listen, and my cousin was in a coma in the hospital for 5 weeks and discharged straight to the nursing home still in a coma. It's been 3 mos. now and she's improving and having conversation w/ us lately. Unless absolutely no more chance of living I will not terminate a loved one because there is God and I believe in miracle.

I have a big brain anurisum. I cope well I'm scared when I get a headache. I don't know what to do I have 14 rescue cats and 2 dogs. I'm so sad if I have to not have them with me anymore. They love me so much but I love them more than life itself. My Drs told me that they could take mine out but it's a big risk for me. So I told them no further treatment and I live with it.
