As a retired scientist (octogenarian) I have taken ACV for years. 2tbsp each ACV and lemon juice in 16oz water in the morning at least 1 hour before BFast. Sometimes I take half that an hour before bedtime. If I stop taking ACV for a few days the 2-4 lbs of weight loss returns. This tells me the weight loss is from loose stools. I don’t get constipated anymore. 😊

I do a concoction of 2tbsp of acv 1 squeezed lemon, tea spoon of extra virgin olive oil, diluted in 500ml of water an hour after I wake up. I don’t eat breakfast.

My friend with Type 1 autoimmune diabetes would not listen to me. She insisted on drinking 1/4 cup (4Tablespoons) of apple cider vinegar STRAIGHT (undiluted) once to twice daily as well as taking 30 tablets of chlorella, which also lowers blood sugar daily. She did this for over a year. She was being transported by ambulance to the hospital over 20 times each month until the paramedics finally told her they were not going to respond to any more calls where her blood sugar was below 20 and she was almost comatose. The undiluted ACV burned her taste buds so badly that it took over 1 year to regain her taste. Some people REFUSE to believe that MORE is NOT necessarily better regardless of how bad their reactions are to 'more'.

Great info! I take capsules daily. It's not as cost-effective as the liquid, but I seem to tolerate it better. However, I might go back to the liquid and just make a cocktail with honey, lemon, cinnamon, and cayenne 👍🏾!

I've learned to love the taste of a mixture of ACV and lemon juice. I just mix it with 64 oz of some carbonated water and filtered water to enjoy every morning.

It does help, after stopping apple cider vinegar my weight got stalled at 140 lbs, when started it again, it started going down again .

Juice of half a lemon + 1 tbsp of ACV in a beer mug in the morning. If i eat carby food or anything i might be slightly intolerant of i drink acv+ lemom + carbonated/sparkling water with ice THE BEST!!!

I have dropped the weight off a lot of drinking ACV. Almost every day, I do 3-14oz glass mixed with avc and water. With a straw.
First thing in the morning, I do two glasses and one three hours before bedtime.

At 73 no matter what I do. I cannot lose my fat stomach? Nor can I get below 181 lbs!?! But I had forgotten all about ACV! And I am gonna get some today! So Thanks Again For Your Videos!

Doc, you're my go-to source when it comes to acv and health-related aspects. The only thing I'm wondering is how much, and as per this clip I now know the answer, but also when to drink it; e.g. before or after or in between meals.With tea or water? I just saw a video where a grocer was informing us that some big company has bought out Bragg ACV, and the grocer had a lot of complaints because the people who purchased it said is has been diluted and is no longer any good.

Hey Doc. I do 2 tablespoons 2x a day but I also add 2 tables spoons if organic lemon juice and I also add organic celery juice and organic wheatgrass for my morning drink and the same drink without the wheatgrass in the evenings.

I wouldn’t use Braggs anymore. Apparently Katy Perry bought it and changed the ingredient quantities. And no telling what else.

Right now the best brand o ACV you can buy is Fairchilds brand, i use 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 16oz of water, half lemon, little bit of celtic salt, always make sure to use a straw for drinking, that way you won't harm your teeth enamel, also don't buy braggs brand anymore, since they were bought by a bigger company now they add water to it
