One TBSP of ACD mixed with one glass of water 30 minutes before your first meal. By the second week, increase to 2TBSP before dinner 🤷 Sleep 6-8hrs minimum daily.

Always use a straw. Also you can add a bit of cayenne pepper to the drink to take the edge off the vinegar taste.
