So I had a friend who tried hard to get her PCOS in control. She is still overweight but guess what her PCOS just vanished and she came to know that she was pregnant too. One of the main things this woman forgot to tell is that you shouldn't stress much about it. Don't put yourself in more depression by killing all your cravings. Just have them in moderation. The key is balancing diet.

I feel u need to check, high fat milk In moderate quantity is advised. Low fat/ skimmed milk pose more harm to hormonal balance. Please check reserach papers in the respective area.

I am suffering from pcod, and my doctor says :
1) no maida 2) no sugar, jaggery, honey 3)potato 4) packet food 5) rice 6) Chinese food 7) oily food 8)all the backed product including biscuits

I was also suffering from pcod and i have lots of acne on my face this continues for 5 years I was not aware about that but finally medication helps me a lot thank to doctor I also do satvic diet but it doesn't work 🤷‍♀️

Now i understand why my weight gets started gaining after eating chapati.
I just get the medical tests done and detected PCOD, before this i was not aware about this.
And trust me these all tips really works to maintain body weight and fat. Because one year back when i eliminated all the junk, packaged, gluten, sugary food for 3-4 months and had only green salads, pulses, fruits ...my whole body was just awesome... I lost 3-4 inches, but as I said I was not aware about the PCOD so I switched to my normal routine and gained weight and fat only by eating gluten food, high fat milk, and fresh fruit juices.
Well now will start the diet in a systematic way again to cure this problem.

I am 5.3 height weight 51 nd daily go to gym nd maintain a healthy diet never eat outside and akmost same diet you told but detected with pcod 😢😢😢what can i do now

Gluten free and dairy free is really a game changer, but at the same time soy and soyproducts have phytoesrogens, even after limiting everything might have a possibility of imbalance of harmones... Since estrogen and phytoesrogen both are harmful, and they are present in good foods like chickpeas, lentils, legumes , so here or there it's completely a vicious trap, a particular strong and effective diet with pcod/pcos is a milestone in itself....

Meri age 32 hai aur mai unmarried hu daily roti aur chawal meri diet me rehta hai fruit and salad mai khati ni uske baad bhi mai fit hu....gluten hona na hona matter ni krta..walk Krna, pedal chalna sab chije jaruri hai

I eat limited portion of white rice with home made daal, salad, vegetables, local Bengali fish only in lunch.. is it ok?
