Hey this routine has just dropped & thanks to the fact its only 20min long, its enabled me to do, day 7, 8 & now 9 in one day 🤣
I've finally caught up... Am guessing it might be a mix of the algorithm & the time difference that I'm getting the workouts a day later ☺️

But again a lovely core centric routine, short & sweet but affective routine... Loved it

hello Hannah.... i just finished this cardio pilates also i combined another cardio pilates from your cardio pilates better than hiit series.... oh m so happy i could do all of them ...with bit pause cause the hiit series was very fast n i was panting...so... but i feel great.... thank u so much...
