I dont see any drastic changes, maybe a little bit on my stomach, and I think I have thinner thighs, but I have been doing 4 workouts, including this one. Remember that we all have different bodies and we react to things differently so don't be discouarged if you don't see any changes yet ❤ :)

Day 1 ✅ I didn’t realize how out of shape I was 😅 but felt good
Day 2 ✅ not sore from yesterday thankfully but abs kicked my butt! Excited for tomorrow
Day 3 ✅ I am currently lying on the floor and I don’t think I can get up! This kicked my butt but I’m so excited for tomorrow!
Day 4 ✅ this wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought I was going to be but holy my hips are SORREEE!
Day 5 ✅ this workout was WAY easier than the previous days!
Day 6 ✅ I took one too many breaks haha, so excited for a break tomorrow but I also think I’ll miss this part of my routine!
Break day!!!
Day 7 ✅ I am feeling the burn after this one!! So excited to get back into my routine!
Day 8 ✅ I am genuinely shocked at how much easier this was than at the start! Definitely felt the burn at times but the easiest plank of my life!!
Day 9 ✅ The first day I haven’t needed a break wooo! My legs are burning but so excited for tomorrow!!

Day 1: I was able to finish the video with very few breaks, but my neck was also getting a workout in.
Day 2: It was way easier than day 1 because it was shorter than day 1 but I was still able to finish it.
Day 3: I WAS STRUGGLING!! The beginning was going good until we got to the second part of the leg exercises. My legs are currently shaking. I was so happy when the ab portion came on but thankfully I finished today.
Day 4: So far it's easy (probably because they're not that intense) but I can still most definitely feel the burn. Especially in my butt but overall I'm glad I finished it with no breaks.
Day 5: It was easy but the arm exercises had me DYING but I felt the burn for sure. My neck hurts more than my abs during the core portion for some reason. But I still finished today with a few breaks.
Day 6: Today was super easy. I did it really late because I took a fat nap after camp today, so it's currently 10:18pm. but I finished it fully with no breaks.
Day 7: It wasn't that bad but it was still hard. Especially for the lower body and arms, so I definitely feel the burn for sure. Other than that I feel good.
Day 8: Today was pretty easy, but I just can't do those v-ups to save my life. But, I'm still proud of myself because this is the second longest I've been consistent with my works.
Day 9: I still don't understand why my neck burns more than my core during the abs section. But, my legs burn like HELL. However, I will say I like this type of pace, and more manageable than others like Chloe Tings.
