day 2 was much shorter so i was way more encouraged to do it 💯

Day 2 🎉 I didn’t even realize my abs we’re sore until I laid that towel down and got to work 😂

Day 1: ✅ had to take a few breaks
Day 2:✅ Felt good it was shorter struggled on the ones where u have to lay on your back and go all the way up i just sat there and watched her😂.

Day 2 : done, i so confidently said i would do this workout 2x yesterday, and then i woke up with the most painful sore in my abs. This was so hard to do todayy😭😭😭

Day #2 complete! I'm so excited if I keep consistent in God's name I can wear. Bathing suit!!! I was motivated cause it was shorter and I was tired but I'm so happy for day 3!!!

Can definitely feel it! Had a bit more trouble than yesterday because I'm sore, never really worked out before, but I'm determined!

day 1: i felt the burn
day 2: done, much easier but the next morning my abs we’re sore 😭
day 3: it hurt sm but i felt the burn
sorry i forgot to edit my comments but i still did them!
day 4: super easy! i think im getting the hang of it
day 5: easy as well! same thing as day 4 !
day 6 & 7: i did it just forgot to update! i’ve been doing a calorie deficit and definitely i see weight loss!

Day 2: Did a 12 minute kpop dance party workout from mad fit, did this workout and then did a 10 minute kpop dance workout again. Finished off with cooldown stretches.

Day 2 DONEEE!! I ABSOLUTELY hate the crunches and v-ups 😭😭😭 i feel the burn and it's very goodd i got motivated more when i saw this only takes 9 mins

Back to update you on day 2! This workout so far has been a roller coaster. This workout has definitely made me stop to take tons of breaks in between because holy did we work on abs. I was really happy to see that this workout was 9 minutes but it felt so much longer than that, for anyone else on day 2, you got this and do not give up just because you dont see results right away.
