SUMMER CHALLENGE Day 8: 35 min Strength Pyramid Workout

Welcome to the Summer Challenge Day 8 workout: full body strength pyramid! Get ready to challenge your entire body and heart rate with this strength workout!
Warm up: yes
Length: 30 min
Equipment: dumbbells (I used 10-20 lb)
Cool down: yes
6 Exercises (30 sec each)
Round 1: exercise 1
Round 2: exercise 1 & 2
Round 3: exercise 1, 2, & 3
...and so on until you get through all 6. You'll take a halftime break, then make your way down the pyramid, starting with all 6 exercises and dropping off 1 exercise at a time.
1. alt. staggered squat
2. side lunge with row
3. bicep curl and press
4. hand release pushup
5. kneeling lunge
6. goblet squat jack
