To everyone stressing about losing weight, don’t worry, you are highly likely to be losing weight/fat, but you are building muscle, so that’s adding onto the weight you’ve lost, so don’t stress, keep working hard.

I do not see any changes from my body, nether I think I lost any kilograms, but I see that I got physically better, I can do much more then I used to before.❤

I haven't lost much weight, but I see some changes. My jeans fit me better and stomach looks smaller. i haven't change my diet (just eat casually) and I only exercise on Rosie's videos (it's enough for me, because I really don't like to exercise). I'll try to be constant and do my best

I feel like I do some exercises wrong😭 like I can barely do the full cross sit ups or what they are called but I feel almost no strain at all with the side crunches and the plank…

Day 6: done
I was honestly so drained when I woke up this morning, exam season is killer. But I am glad I did it with minimal breaks

I was so self conscious- still am of my body and I always said "by next year I will feel more confident with my body", but I just never committed to actually loosing weight. but for some reason this year I have decided to do something about my confidence and work out! its only day 6 but I see a slight change and honestly to everyone who wants to feel more confident in your own body, keep at it. you got this !!

Day 1: I was able to finish the video with very few breaks, but my neck was also getting a workout in.
Day 2: It was way easier than day 1 because it was shorter than day 1 but I was still able to finish it.
Day 3: I WAS STRUGGLING!! The beginning was going good until we got to the second part of the leg exercises. My legs are currently shaking. I was so happy when the ab portion came on but thankfully I finished today.
Day 4: So far it's lowk easy (probably because they're not that intense) but I can still most definitely feel the burn. Especially in my butt but overall I'm glad I finished it with no breaks.
Day 5: It was easy but the arm exercises had me DYING but I felt the burn for sure. My neck hurts more than my abs during the core portion for some reason😭. But I still finished today with a few breaks.
Day 6: Today was super easy. I did it really late because I took a fat nap after camp today, so it's currently 10:18pm. but I finished it fully with no breaks.
(Remind me for Day 7!! tmr is a break)

I just want to tell you that your work outs are great rosie, i been doing them with other routines every morning and I SEE CHANGES, that combined with a caloric defecit, drinking lots of water, cooking healthy meals and measuring them, and making detox water, I really feel that I did a change, this things gave me such a confidence my body, thank you

day 6 done! officially lost 10 pounds! i am doing another workout too (healthista 30 day fat burning) but this REALLY makes me feel the burn

Day 6 complete!! Started noticing first overall fitness results after day 3: barely out of breath anymore, not sweating during these workouts, completing them so much more easily.
Today on day 6 I saw the first visual related results!!

Getting started was hard, but to keep going turned out to get a lot easier after D3!!

I literally LOVE you Rosie I’ve tried so many different types of workouts but they all seemed to not work and I’ve always hated my body even since I was young but this summer I finally chose to give it a try. I saw your TikTok resume and I was amazed so I chose to do it and I feel like it’s working I do see a little result my stomach looks less bloated. Thank you Rosie❤❤

doing day 6 rn and i see physical changes but they arent drastic but i can see that it has toned my body and i love it.... my metabolism is very slow so i only lost 1 pound through these 6 days and thats okay

These workouts are getting easier everyday. Only having to pause 2x each video and even then only for abt 30 secs. I have noticed that my waist is getting slimmer. I love these videos and everyday I’m able to do more crunches.
