You’re calling them out in a very professional way I love this advice last year. A coworker was going to tell me something. I wish I would’ve had this bit of information I do now it’s 2024.

This also works for kids in school we told our kids win they want something from the teacher. The teacher won’t give it to them to CC us, and magically, everything started to get done it’s all about the paper trail

Yes thank you! I will do this especially since ppl lied on my name. But i know im good and there are plenty of places who will hire me. Just like we are just a number so are they $$$$.

What if your problem are different as in your coworker makes comments about your appearance, pulled your hair, etc. do I document this and send it to my manager? Will they care? Do they have to care?

ALWAYS get requests in writing or follow up the conversation with an email if that’s not possible.

If they r coworkers, why r they asking you for stuff? Most places they would be expected to have requests handled by a boss.

I work in kitchens so, unfortunately, it’s just gonna be a fight.

I love my job because you can punch disrespectful coworkers and not get fired if you had a good reason 🤗🚬

Oh my goodness I now understand what’s going on with the 20 something year-old I work with

When I ask her a question, I think I’m getting an answer from her, but when I question her why she did not fulfill what she said she would do she says I never really give you an exact answer

Well darling next time, give me a freaking direct answer a yes or a no or a full explanation but I’m not taking responsibility for your screw ups

And what if they ask, why? And keep insisting that they don’t want to do that (put it in writing). Of course you could say; _then I can’t look at your request_ but that would cause more drama I suppose..
