I eat 2-3 apples a day, between meals. It keeps me full and helps me reach the second meal. I used to snack lots of chips, pretzels and sweets between meals. What I did noticed from the very first week of eating apples daily, is that I no longer have cravings, especially for sweets, and my acid reflux reduced considerabil. Been doing it for 25 days and no longer have any acid reflux, used to have it after every meal and no matter what I ate . Because I noticed this difference I started looking for more infos about apples... that's why I landed in the comment section !🤣
