Apple consumption has been studied and “an apple a day” can help people eat overall less calories, which contributes to weight loss. Plus, apple eating is linked to lower cholesterol and blood pressure, less instances of stroke and heart attack, a lower risk for Type 2 diabetes (due to their low glycemic index) and asthma, and, amazingly, lower rates of death from cancer.

I eat an organic pink lady apple every day!!🍏💕Also lots of legumes, red peppers and cayenne pepper! I am a childhood cancer survivor and I now have cardiomyopathy from chemo (I also had full body radiation and a bone marrow transplant). I really wish there were more doctors like you who would recommend healthy lifestyle choices verses meds! God bless u and thank for your videos!🙏🏻

Apples are one of the few fruits I do eat because they are so good for us. Berries also. I eat other fruits occasionally, but only when in season. Apples with almond butter (occasionally peanut butter) or a bit of cheese is my fave.

Thank you so much for this video!!A friend of mine told me the other day he fights very high blood pressure and he started eating one apple a day and his blood pressure started lower ring and he stopped eating them and started noticing he was fighting high blood pressure again so he started back eating one apple per day and his blood pressure dropped back down again. He thought it was crazy but it worked so he never goes without eating his one apple per day😊 amazing how simple but affective that one apple helped

I eat a whole Granny Smith apple with peanut butter every morning. I crave it! I also eat carrots daily preferably with shredded cabbage and a apple cider vinaigrette with raw garlic. I crave this as well. So delicious!!!

I eat apples regularly, usually 2 a day. I love them. They provide much needed water, and I also find them good for digestion. Try one, your body will thank you.
