I eat 3 apples for breakfast every morning and let me tell you, if you’re having trouble pooping, do this. It really helps. along with plenty of water and a salad for dinner 😊

I slice up a big fat Honeycrisp apple and then dip the slices into my jar of Adams creamy peanut butter in my daily I feel frisky, I do two !! Also like Sugar Bee, Gala and Fuji occasionally.

Apples are now in season. I like Honey-crisps totally addicted to them. I noticed they definitely cleans your gut. I bought two bags of them a week ago and they are already gone. I like to eat seasonal fruit they have better effect on your body. 🍏 🍎 A great healthy refreshing snack.
