12-MIN HOURGLASS Workout at Home (No Repeats! No Equipment!)

In this 12-minute abs and glutes hourglass workout, we're focusing on targeting our abs from every angle (including those hard-to-reach transverse abdominis) as well as targeting our gluteals from every angle. We'll alternate between abs and gluteal exercises to keep it fresh and to keep your brain on its toes, so to speak.
There are no repeats in this workout, and there is no equipment required. Feel free to add a couple light weights or resistance bands if you want that today, though. You're the boss, applesauce.
