Another great throwback workout! My friends think I'm a whiner and that these challenges are easy because we do everything slowly. I have encouraged them to try it themselves because these are REAL workouts and I always feel tired but awesome afterwards. Your challenges are so inspiring and motivational. Thank you Meg!

I feel warmed up and ready to tackle lawn raking and garden weeding on this bright sunny morning.
Grateful for the delay in today’s video because it gave me the opportunity to complete yesterday’s video that I missed yesterday. Now I’m caught up and look forward to the next set of exercises later today.
