Day 8!

We are almost there. If you made it this far, congratulations!

Today's practice is all about finding balance. We all have those days were we feel 'off', like either something is missing or something is way too overwhelming. It is in those days that we are being challenged to stay centered and true to ourselves. It is in those days were finding balance is a must.

True balance is not easy to create. Therefore, it is entirely different from person to person. Your center point is unique to you and you are the only one capable of finding it. I hope this practice can help you in finding it.

Ps: Too much of a good thing can turn into a bad thing. Be aware of the things that work for you and get to know they upper limit. Do what you love and disregard what doesn't serve you. Stay balanced my friends!

First of all, thank you for sharing your knowledge Gabo.
Secondly, the practice was a little harder than I thought it would be today.
But as you said before, there's no such thing as a bad practice.

Hi gabo thanks i needed this :) At the beginning of this practice i struggled to even be balanced while just standing up but then we started to do warrior3 and tree pose i was nicely balanced on just one foot after that i noticed that i gained back my balance on both feet while standing up. I'm in an unbalanced period of my life and hope to find balance again like i did in this practice.

Bro Gabo hats off to this practice !! In the forward folding practice, I felt humbled by the tightness in my body and it made me aware of my limitations. BUT IN THIS ONE, I felt the freedom to go even further than what you directed. I never thought my balance was at this level. It's a great motivation going into my handstand training. Thank you so much!!

Love the energy Gabo every yoga video in the challenge has been very therapeutic luring me into a deeper peace. Would be awesome to have a longer flow to allow to dive even deeper into the peace.
