My height was 165 on 09/10/2020 and today my height is 166.2 on 15/10/2020 so it worked for me.. do this yoga regularly you'll definitely get results my age is 22

Yes it's true I had started these all exercise 4 months ago earlier I was 148 CM but now I am 155 CM. So u can apply these methods to increase ur height 🙂🙂

I'm doing this daily I am 5'7 right now will share the results if it increases

Edit-it's been a week and it worked magic i marked my last height and now I have exceeded it by an inch.lmao it feels great.

I regret why I didn't think to do exercise when i was a teen but now I'm 22 and looking at comments most teens are enthusiastic to gain height 😒

Tadasan is best to increase height. I m 13 yrs. I had tried 4 a month. Now I am tall innuf. Thx sir.

Edit#1: I have done it for a week and my height has increased by half a centimetre. Considering I'm 15, this worked really well. Do not hesitate in doing these exercises for at least half an hour, I promise you won't be disappointed.
Edit#2: These exercises can only help improve posture if you have already had your growth spurt. I would suggest doing some exercises recommended by certified doctors, and alongside you can do a little yoga poses, like the cobra stretch.
