Let’s talk about osteoporosis and osteopenia. There is no way you can build up your bone with just calcium. If you try, you could end up with calcification of your arteries.

Osteoporosis is a loss of bone density and bone mass. This increases your risk of fractures. Osteopenia is the stage that occurs just before osteoporosis.

It’s been found that people with osteoporosis have a much higher degree of calcification in the arteries and joints. This means a person has excess calcium, but it’s not going to the right places in the body.

When dealing with osteoporosis and osteopenia, we can’t just look at a loss of calcium. We also need to consider vitamin K2 deficiency and vitamin D3 deficiency.

Vitamin D3 supports calcium absorption, and vitamin K2 helps drive calcium into the bones. If you take vitamin K2 as a supplement, it may be best to take the natural form called MK7. Vitamin A (retinol) is another important vitamin to support healthy bones.

These essential vitamins for osteoporosis are all fat-soluble, which means supporting your gallbladder and liver is crucial. Bile salts can help support the absorption of fat-soluble nutrients if you have a gallbladder or liver problem. It’s also essential to have strong acid in the stomach to absorb minerals and trace minerals.

I would still take some form of calcium if I had osteoporosis. But I would also take these other nutrients. I would also avoid calcium carbonate, which is less bioavailable than other forms. Try to get your calcium and other nutrients from food.

Other important minerals and trace minerals for strong bones:
• Magnesium
• Potassium
• Zinc
• Copper
• Boron

Be sure you’re also consuming high-quality sources of protein and are exercising consistently to help with osteoporosis and osteopenia.

At age 32 female, I was diagnosed with osteopenia after randomly breaking both my ankles within 8wks of each other just by walking across the lawn and stepping into minor pot holes.
Was an avid rollerblader, never broke a bone in my life and was completely fit and healthy.
Completely bizarre.
You made a statement that made me realize…. Osteoporosis and therefore Osteopenia is reversible.
This is really good to know. I’ll be working on that.

"" Many Menopausal women becoming Osteoporotic because of dropping of Oestrogen " Thank you for mentioning this Dr. Berg. Almost non of the doctors mentions this. Menopausal women having consultation with the doctor end up straight away " take Calcium " advise most of the time.

Thank you Dr Berg. You have extended my life, I'd bet by 30 years. I learned I have Osteoporosis and been doing all that you say here with supplemenrs, vitamines and minerals.
For 1 plus years I have been on Good Keto and IF. Sugar, Salt, Carbs, Alcohol, Oxalate FREE. Also I no longer eat processed foods, fast foods or restaurant foods. 4 years Gluten Free.

All my issues have improved.

Sadly I lost my left kidney, but now ALL my labs, CBC, kidney panels have maintained at great and above normal ranges. My Stage 4 CKD is normalized and my right kidney is doing so well. I NO LONGER get 7mm hugh painful kidney stones! No more surgeries all year! Not 1 stone!

My extremely high blood pressure was 203/99 for years while on 2 meds. Now i take no meds and my blood pressure naturally maintaines at 123/81. My EGFR is 97! No proteinuria.
My Sugar levels/ glucose is curing my insulin resistant and pre-diabetic conditions. I no longer tremble and shake.
My Calcium is starting to go where it belongs...in my bones. Skin looking great. Went from 150 pounds down to 124 pounds after Dieticians laughably told me i would just have to accept my weight gain at my age. My eyebrows have grown back in. NOT much pain in abdominal area any longer. I could go on and on.

I LOVE YOU DR BERG. THIS IS ALL DOCUMENTED WITH ALL OF MY DOCTORS AND LABS AND TESTS.

SO, now, I am strongly working on my Ostioprosis.

I love your videos.

Also, yourube algorithms JUST began sending your youtubes to ne again!

❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Im only 41 and i broke my femur right by my hip. I did the dexa scan and I have osteo. I am walking more, I try to do 1.5km a day at least, taking the Algaecal supplements, D3 +K2 + Magnesium complex, foot tapping/rebounding (haven’t been able to do that one yet) and learning about Low Intensity Vibration. I hope to purchase a vibration plate in the future since the research is so wonderful and lots of success stories. I know I can reverse it and I’ve heard many others have. Anything is possible folks! 😊

TLDR: Addressing bone health involves more than just increasing calcium intake, and it is important to focus on a balanced diet, proper absorption of nutrients, and regular exercise to prevent and reverse osteoporosis and osteopenia.

1. 🦴 Osteoporosis cannot be treated by simply increasing calcium intake, as it can lead to artery calcification, and phosphorus is essential for bone health, with most people getting enough from their diet unless they consume a lot of sodas or junk foods, have kidney problems, or take certain medications.
1.1 Building up bones with calcium will not work for osteoporosis, as it can lead to artery calcification, and osteoporosis is a loss of bone density and mass, increasing the risk of fractures.
1.2 Phosphorus is essential for bone health, and having too little or too much can cause bone loss, with most people getting enough from their diet unless they consume a lot of sodas or junk foods, have kidney problems, or take certain medications.

2. 🦴 Osteopenia is a precursor to osteoporosis, but it doesn't necessarily increase fracture risk, and addressing bone health involves more than just calcium.

3. 🦴 Osteomalacia in adults is from a vitamin D deficiency, while osteoporosis and osteopenia are also linked to a vitamin K2 deficiency.

4. 💡 Vitamin K2 is essential for bone health, especially when taking certain medications, and should be paired with Vitamin D3 for best absorption, while Vitamin A from sources like egg yolks is also important for bone health and can prevent potential vitamin D toxicities.
4.1 Vitamin K2 is crucial for bone health, especially if you are on certain medications, and it should be taken with Vitamin D3 for optimal absorption.
4.2 Vitamin A, specifically in the form of retinol found in egg yolks, is important for bone health and can also prevent potential toxicities from vitamin D.

5. 💡 Make sure to get vitamin A from food sources like egg yolks, liver, and organ meats, and ensure proper absorption with a healthy gallbladder and liver, as well as taking bile salts if needed, to support bone health.

6. 🦴 Take calcium in combination with other nutrients, avoid calcium carbonate, and get most of your calcium from food to prevent osteoporosis and osteopenia.

7. 🥦 Eat foods high in calcium, magnesium, potassium, and trace minerals like zinc, copper, and boron to support bone health and protein absorption.

8. 🦴 Eating a balanced diet and exercising regularly can help prevent and reverse osteoporosis and osteopenia caused by hormonal changes, stress, and medication.
8.1 After menopause, women's bones become osteoporotic due to a sudden drop in estrogen, so increasing cholesterol from animal foods and balancing it with plant-based foods can help regulate hormone production.
8.2 Exercise is important for stimulating bone growth and reducing stress, chronic stress and medication can trigger osteopenia and osteoporosis, and it may take up to six years of healthy eating to fix the problem.

I also had osteopenia since 3 years. I had pain in several parts of my body. I couldn't even think of walking. Even if I walk 500 meters, I used to have severe pain in my feet area continuously for 3 to 4 days.

Last year, I approached the Orthopaedic (MS). He suggested me X-ray, Vitamin D3 and some other blood tests. X-ray Report and Vitamin D3 test revealed that my bone had become weak and I was also deficient in Vitamin D3.

Doctor suggested Calcium, Vitamin D3 & B Complex Capsules and other several medicines. I also took Vitamin K2 MK7 from my side. There was some relief but not completely. When I used to get up from the bed with the help of my hand, I used to have pain due to my weak bones.

It's been 6 months since I started taking the medicine prescribed by the doctor. The speed with which I got relief in the beginning has now slowed down. The pain in my feet area was not going away completely even with the medicine. Then doctor did BMD of my feet area. Osteopenia was detected in BMD test. The doctor used to give medicine for two months every time and used to say that if the condition improves, then stop the medicine and don't come. But my condition was same as before, the pain in feet area was not ending.

I did online research and after a few months I came to know about 'Calcarea Phos' Homeopathy Medicine. After taking Calcaria Phos in 6x potency (Calcarea Phos 6X) along with Calcium Citrate 250 mg and Vitamin D3, my bone became stronger within two months and the pain in my feet which was there since 3 years also got completely cured.

In my experience, 'Calcarea Phos' and 'Calcrea Carb' are much more powerful than Vitamin K2 MK7, which strengthens bone amazingly, that too in just a few months.

If you are thinking of taking Calcarea Phos or Calcarea Carb after reading this post, then definitely consult your homeopathy doctor. There is no side effect of this medicine.

If you find it useful, share your experience with others so that they too can benefit.
Thank you! 🥰
