You can do this 3-5X per week, depending on how your body feels. You can do it alone, or in addition to another workout. The main thing is to listen to your body, and give it a break when you need it. I think it's fantastic that you did the workout with your brother. :) I love working out with my family.

Hello, Melissa! This was my first time watching one of your workout videos. I wasn't able to keep up with your speed and intensity, but you kept me motivated to stay moving for that quick 15 minute workout. I'll keep trying this out and see how I progress. Thanks!

The thing I like the most is that she shows she's human & that's okay. It's actually more motivating to watch someone you can relate to than a person looks like no workout can phase them which is fake anyway. This w/o is meant to be done as intensely as you can manage so where it takes her 30 jump squats to reach exhaustion it would probably take me 15 doesn't mean she can't keep up it means she's challenging herself EVERYONE can be challenged and the only way to improve is to be challenged.

That's a great start! Just keep adding on a little bit more each time, and before you know it you will be able to make it through the entire workout. :)

My quads were on fire too! It's hard to estimate calorie burn because it varies from person to person, and based on the level of intensity you complete the workout with. HIIT workouts have increased calorie burn for hours afterward, so you are getting even more benefit than the calorie burn during the workout. A heart rate monitor is a great way to get a better idea of your individual calorie burn. For me this workout burns between 150-200 calories.

Great workout. I do this workout all the time. I can't wait until I see more of your videos. Before I made a promise to myself on losing weight, getting fit and NOT giving up. I weighted 134 pounds now I weight 108. keep up the good work, your helping a lot of people.
