Absolutely very personal. I can workout with weights right after dinner. If I do cardio I wait. Rule of thumb - if it doesn't make you yak or give you stomach ache do what you want.

Just eat AFTER YOU WORKOUT...& if you just have to eat something BEFORE YOUR WORKOUT ...Eat a piece of fruit, or a smoothie😇💕👌🏾

Always drink a liquid after a workout. Morning exercisers eat 1 banana two hard boiled eggs very simple not heavy .Post workout protein shake and a general meal

You don't need to eat after a workout that's two hours or less. This is one of the biggest myths of the 2000s, along with "multiple small meals speed up your metabolism." You're not gonna get tired or groggy; chances are you will actually feel better. Humans evolved to go long periods without food and studies increasingly show multiple benefits of the fasted state.

This doesn't mean cutting calories. It means reducing the number of times you eat per day.

I always like to eat before I workout probably because I'm doing intermittent fasting I feel like I got more strength in the more willing to go longer

I noticed I had better gains when I ate before I worked out. I was less sore as well.

I eat one or two serving of fruit, 1/2 a piece of Ezekiel bread with nut butter and honey, and coffee with almond creamer an hour before I workout. Then I drink 1/2-1 liter of organic coconut water during workout. I eat within an hour after working out.

I would sometimes eat 30 minutes before a workout. Or 30=45 minutes after a workout.

I eat before. When I really hungry and I can't wait. I'll smoke weed and it'll post pone my hunger for a certain time... allowing me workout
