🪥MY ORAL CARE TOOLS
Toothpaste 1 - Sensodyne (oops, this one has fluoride, which we didn’t catch. It’s a leftover supply from before we went fluoride-free.)

A note: I’ve stopped rinsing with tea tree oil because the data showed it wasn’t necessary for my oral health. It may work for you, however.

❓WHAT IS BLUEPRINT
I’ve invested millions of dollars building the world’s leading anti-aging protocol, becoming the most measured human in history.

Blueprint is an algorithm, built by science, that takes better care of me than I can myself.

And it’s available to you for free.

I used to have terrible oral health. My dentist now reports “you have the gums of a healthy teenager”

By following this routine and sticking to a Blueprint diet, my mouth is the healthiest it’s ever been in my adult life.

Before I really knew who Bryan Johnson was, the media made him seem like some wacko who wanted to live forever, but as I explored it further, I realize now he's just a guy who wants to give out good health advice and help people. He's really cool.

This guy does NOT deserve the negative publicity he gets. He's just a cool person trying to help others. Keep it up, Bryan.

Dental hygienist here. Stop using your electric toothbrush like a manual one! Just hold it at the gumline for a few seconds before moving on to the next area. No need to scrub back and forth as it causes gum recession.

I’m a dentist and I 100% agree with all your recommendations. It’s very rare that I say that, but anyone following this advice will improve their oral health.

As a dentist, I was a bit reluctant to click on this video, (preparing to get showered with BS info). But I was pleasantly surprised to see that he had done his research and actually shared a lot of valuable information. Thanks for the video!

You are a brave one Bryan. You remind me of my oldest son. He fights depression valiantly, climbed mountains, sailed the Atlantic in a small boat with crew of three, did wilderness trainings that were so scary to me. He was in the USAF and deployed twice during Iraq war. Two divorces. Both were tragic. But he looks almost as young as you do at 53! Has always eaten carefully, though tends to get radical. Teeth are great so far. Red head. Skin as white as snow. Lol. We used to tease him and tell him to put long pants on because his legs were blinding us.😂 Keep sharing your amazing life with us. I just got my first shipment of Snake Oil today and I’m having a hard time tossing out the packaging! It’s so clever. ❤

As a dental hygienist, I agree with this routine. I would only switch the order of flossing and brushing first, then use Waterpik because you need to loosen up plaque by brushing and flossing and then flush the remaining plaque out with Waterpik. Extremely important information about bruxism since MANY people don’t know they clench/grind.

Bryan, I like how you're letting some of your quirky personality into the videos and being yourself more and not trying to be what others want to see. Keep being you dude!

I really appreciate this video. I’ve been in a very complex and difficult stage of grief for the last 2 years, whereby I was on ‘autopilot’ (caring for the kids well, doing the minimum for myself and often less so). I don’t think I even looked at my teeth for the best part of those 2 years, let alone cleaned them or visited a dentist. I’m now ready to face any damage I have done to my oral health and pick up a new regime. I purchased an electric toothbrush, replacement heads, waterpick, dental floss, mouthwash and some other bits to gently ease away build up. Surprisingly, my mouth looks ok (at least by sight alone). Gums were bleeding easily, but I’m on week 2 of my new oral health lifestyle and they are bleeding significantly less and look much better already. I am looking forward to your video to see if I’m missing out on any other important pointers, thank you in advance.

He’s looking younger, be fascinating to watch him over the next 5 years. I’ve already adopted much of blue print.

Thank you Bryan, I have been a dental hygienist for 24 years. I can relate to a lot of your personal background you share in your content. I really appreciate how accurate this education is. And you covered the important part! Measuring the periodontium. I can’t tell you how many time I diagnose someone with advanced periodontal disease and explain what it is, I show them the bone loss on their own X-rays. And when we are done they say, cool so no cavities? There needs to be more awareness and it needs to come from people like you. This is the best YouTube video I have seen that covers oral care in a comprehensive manner. Thank you! You are sincerely a good person 🩵

• Waterpik
• Dr. Tung’s floss
• Fluoride-Free toothpaste
• Tongue scraper
• Xylitol mouthwash (for bad breath)
• Biannual cleaning at the dentist
• SomnoDent device/other mouth guard
• Avoid sugar, Careful w/ acidic liquids
• Check for a dry mouth condition
• Check pocket depth/attachment loss/plaque index/gum bleeding

I would also suggest coconut oil pulling, nearly every day. Swash a little coconut oil in your mouth for 10 minutes.

Happy healing! ✨

Very good video and recs (from a dentist). We also digitally scan our patients and overlap the scans from the years to monitor tooth wear, movement, recession, etc. always good to have a baseline.

I only started flossing properly when I paid for Invisalign in my 20s and boy do you miss a lot of food in between the teeth after brushing! Mouthwash will NOT suffice either, make sure you guys floss. Anyone with erupted wisdom teeth, I recommend you get a water flosser, especially if you notice your breath starts to smell despite brushing.

What you are doing, sharing your knowledge with us, who are less wealthy, is very kind of you. I want to say thank you, sir.
