Most of my life I have struggled with bad posture, specifically forward head-tilt and hunchbacked neck and shoulders. So I consulted a physiotherapist and tried posture correcting exercises that were science based to fix bad posture and fix forward head-tilt. I saw real results in under 30 days from my home exercises that fixed my bad posture and reduced forward head tilt. The most effective posture correcting exercise was the wall slide which I lay out in the video.

The 3 things that have helped me with my posture are yoga, foam rolling, and sleeping flat without a pillow. The first two are easy. The last one I hate, but it’s the one that has the greatest effect, overnight. I hate sleeping flat, I feel like I am going downhill.

Thanks so much. love it. I've deliberately slouched for decades. Never mind desk jobs, computers etc. I was tall and bullied, and when I started to develop I wanted to hide. Now even though I'm a senior now. I'm determined to correct the old habit. Thanks so much.

Something I think could be helpful for viewers, if you posted your routines of each video or even had a end segment of the routines you're doing. That way I can come back later and make sure I'm doing the right thing without going through the whole video.

I am lucky to work standing, so my posture was great. Sadly, my store is shut down atm and I spend my days on the phone and on my couch, so my posture is now horrible and my neck is killing me. Imma start doing that wall thingy you did, and also start being more mindful about my posture again.

Really great video, my forward head posture is really bad. I have had surgery recently for a hernia but in a month or I will be healed up so I am going to start working out and improving my posture is one of my goals. This was really motivating.

I feel like most of my problems where from school as they give you uncomfortable chairs and a un healthy desk level for writing. That gave me a lot of posture problems and made me go to tens of doctors to fix my problem but they were all just huge waste of time, money, effort and sanity. And that built aome huge trust issues when I ever get any sort of recommendation. My posture is still looking like shit 😔. I’ll start doing these exercises for a month and I’ll see if it will make any difference .

If you do have to spend a lot of time sitting down, having a well designed chair with proper lumbar support is very important and will absolutely help reducing strain on your back
