I just found your podcast on Spotify and LOVE it!! I'm a marathon runner and 100% abstain from alcohol...but have plenty of friends who have struggles or chose to give up alcohol.
Thanks for your content and honesty. I think EVERYONE could benefit from all the practical advice you give. I recently listened to podcast on "Opportunity" and decided to look at summer heat as an "opportunity" to get up earlier instead of just complain about summer heat.
Keep it up, love your educational perspective!

What a great video, thank you. I will stop drinking aswell, i dont think its worth it anymore, i just dont feel good anymore mentally, i dont feel ”100%” when im sober between drinking at weekends if you know what i mean.

Alcohol is horrible. The aniexty and depression the next day is painful and I had to drink again to get relief and then it starts all over again! I wish it was illegal!
