I’m 6 months no alcohol. I feel like a new human. Everyone needs to keep pushing the no alcohol message. It’s truly life changing.

Haven't had a drink yet this year, i think I'll continue this way for the rest of my life. No booze, no smoking, no drugs. Swimming, lifting, walking. My soul feels clean

4 days sober right now. I know it's not long, but I can not recall when was the last time. I have gone this long without drinking.
As of last week I have been drinking 5, 6 to 7 day's a week. For the past 2 or 3 years and heavily binge drinking on the weekends for over 10 years. Hopefully more sober and productive days to come. 👍

I cut out alcohol about 4 months ago. Went Keto. Alternate swimming with walking days & I've never felt better. No brain fog. Consistent quality sleep. No afternoon slump. Skin clearer. Eyes brighter. Everything 100% better!! 🙌🏼💯

Since 2017, I’ve quit smoking, drinking, refined sugar, fast food soft drinks and I’m currently 23 days into quitting codeine based prescribed medication. And just so you know, I’m 50 I work part time minimum wage, I’m nobody special. Don’t listen to all the scare tactics that keep you addicted. Decide to quit and do it, yes it’ll have it’s rough days, but if you can make it through just one day make sure to congratulate yourself and go tackle the next day and so on. You’ve got to look after yourself, life is short. It’s simple if I can do it YOU CAN TOO!!!

I quit drinking 5 years ago. Honestly one of the best decisions I've ever made. I also work as a bartender, and I'm at a point where I no longer enjoy serving people because I see the consequences, and I feel guilty because it's my job to serve them. I'm working my way towards a more positive job for the future. It's hard watching good people make bad decisions.

I quit alcohol 15 months ago at 48 years old. The only thing I regret is not quitting sooner.

I have been sober for 35 years. It was the most significant and meaningful decision I have ever made. I was 24 years old. #sober #life #serenity

I'm over a year sober from alcohol since May 1st.

And 4 months sober from coke.

I've been so much more mentally and physically healthy.

So grateful 🙏

This video couldn't come at a better time for me. Been drinking since I was 15, I'm 45 and I'm ready to change. Thank you for all you do.

I am a month alcohol free and man it’s rough. It was just Memorial Day weekend and EVERYONE around me was drinking. I just keep telling myself the few hour buss is not worth feeling like crap for days after.

As an extremely light drinker (four or five beers a week, never more than one at a time) I still feel SO MUCH BETTER: I sleep better, have more clarity, and have energy that lasts all day! Spread the word - even a little poisons you and robs you of feeling well.

Yesterday marked my one month sober… honestly can’t see myself having a drink again. I just feel so much better. Can’t believe I spent over a decade doing something so harmful at least once a week.

I’m 170 days alcohol free and I’m sure I will never look back! The freedom from toxic substance and even slight feeling of superiority over people struggling with hangovers and NEEDING alcohol to relax or socialise is unmatched. And my crippling anxiety is GONE. What a life 🥰

If you’re trying to lose weight, drinking alcohol (especially as you get older) makes it much harder. Even if your carbs are really low, your body will choose to use alcohol as it’s energy source first. You have to use up any alcohol before it gets back to burning fat.

Logging calories and macros had me reducing alcohol intake until I quit. Broke through my weight loss plateau. 3 months sober now. Eliminated one blood pressure med and cut the other in half.

I am 60 and have been drinking since I was 15, no I am not an alcoholic, but at my age, I've become a terrible binge drinker maybe 2days every two weeks where I will go through two bottles of homebrew wine in one night and it's so strong, I work out really hard and I am very fit but I've noticed it's taking more of a toll on my health, like this weekend I had palpitations, I know it's my body saying hey Paul that's enough after all these years, and after listening to this program and my inner voice says its time to quit, plus I have a young son and I should and will do it for him.
