Fresh off of making a bunch of money, we start spending it. Finishing up our blackjacking grind it's time to move onto magic training to unlock more spells, particularly teleports for getting around the map. As an ironman our options are limited early on so there's only one thing left to do...

We get a couple random collection logs filled in too.

Hey everyone, welcome to my channel. I've been playing Old School Runescape for years and I'm looking for a new challenge...so I'm making an Ironman!

The goal is to do all kinds of skilling, PVM, bossing and collection log completionist content to experience more of the game and build the best maxed ironman that I can.

This ironman series is to document my journey and hopefully have some awesome moments to look back on in the future to see how much progress I've made.

getting your slayer up and getting burst tasks is ultimately what most ironmen should aim to do for magic training. You eventually need 93 slayer for your occult to boss better anyways, and you'll have tons of magic and hitpoint xp by the time you get there

I like the spin flax spell on the lunar book. Get flax from the kingdom/zulra and each cast of the spell yields 75 magic xp, 75 crafting xp, and 5 bow strings. It’s quick and useful

Ibans blast, tome of fire, morytania hard diaries. Then barrows til collection log. Use legs to tele until you can make barrows tele tabs, and ring of dueling to ferox to rejuv. You get a ton of runes for your onyxes and ancients later on

Oh goodness the dreaded MTA I hated this place, but grinding it out early is sensible.

I did it later on and it was so painful.

I'm 54 mage atm and I'm just fire striking slayer tasks and such, I got Iban staff and 1500 deaths from selling cats but saving that for barrows in future :)

Slayer is the meta for training combat

I did arceus library to 75. I did this by getting full graceful and 70 agility. I had no pots just grinded and it was 100% worth it. I did this right after 99 fm grind

My favorite magic training methods are the ones where training magic isnt my objective. High alch, spin flax, superheat, glassmake, etc.

What runelite plugins are you using in this video?

My favorite by far is the Arceuus library. No runes required, completely free, and amazing XP rates for just collecting books and turning them in. With the Runelite plugin, it's just free magic XP. Then I played GofR for Runecrafting XP until lvl 55, and I was able to make my own law runes. Way more fun and chill compared to this method.
