Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.

The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

My daughters father actually killed him self… it was always just a threat I thought… he’d lock his self in the bathroom with pills threatening to take them and even had a belt around his neck trying to hang him self from my kids bunk beds. He always said if he ever went thru with it he’d do it in front of me to fk me up…. He shot his self sitting on the side of my bed 💔💔💔💔. It DESTROYED me

My husband deep dived down the rabbit hole of knowledge over the last week once he accepted that he needs help. I feel relief that he is aware but exhausted now that he wants to analyze every thought, feeling and word from himself and myself and our kids. He has his first therapy session this morning. Fingers crossed he gets a diagnosis and treatment that works for him because I can't help him. I need to help me. 😓

Before knowing about NPD, the emotional blackmail held me hostage for years. The feeling of being tied up and abandoned helplessly left me depressed, emotionally paralyzed and physically ill. Thanks to this channel and Dr. Ramani, I finally see how absurd it is to believe someone so selfish would hurt themselves just like that, and how silly it is to always put their needs in front of mine and suffocate myself.

My ex-boyfriend did this. I didn't care!!!! I just kept on walking!!! I told him to go ahead and kill himself, I was not going to baby him. That was in 2004. I never looked back except to see how far I had come. I had a hard time after 6 months, but my support system kept me going. I felt He died in 2019. He got drunk, AGAIN, fell and hit his head and never regained consciousness. I took it pretty hard, but very glad I wasn't with him to experience that pain. Now I'm married to a covert narc. I didn't know that I would be in that situation again. My husband doesn't hit me, but his words and actions hurt more than the physical abuse. Now I'm rude back and speak my mind. He's STILL THAT STUPID to realize that I know WHAT he is. I'm not afraid to leave. I did in 2020. But came back because the pandemic got worse. I am partially disabled, so it's hard to just pack and leave. So, I am working on getting myself stronger physically so that I can leave. Thanks to your help, Raw Motivations, Stronger Than Before, and a few others, I see what I'm dealing with. Now I know what to do. Thank you all so much!!!!

Your rants are the best motivation in my opinion! When you go off and get fired up, you shoot straightforward guidance with no fluff or BS. We don’t need anything sugar coated. I’m lucky to be free and the ex out of state and gone forever, but your “rants” are what helped me the most. So glad I found your channel! In the process of discovering I’m in a relationship with a narcissist and seeing red flags that I subconsciously dismissed becoming problematic now. Strategizing how to tell them I’m no longer in love or wanting to be in a relationship.
