UPPER BODY A (DAY 1 OF 6)

Barbell Rows

4 Sets x 5-10 Reps

Incline Dumbbell Bench Press

4 Sets x 5-10 Reps

Dumbbell Preacher Curl (Stretch Focus)

4 Sets x 5-10 Reps

Dumbbell Skullcrushers

4 Sets x 5-10 Reps

This is day 10 of trying to get shredded in 60 days.

and this is my current upper body A workout

First we start off with barbell rows to hit the back.

If you have longer arms like me consider adding a plate so that the barbell doesnt touch the floor and you can get a deep stretch at the bottom.

Go slow on this and dont drop the weight if you want a big back.

Next we have incline dumbbell press the goated exercises for building the upper chest for the armour plate look.

Just remember to control your weights to get the most out of it.

Next we’re moving onto arms and this exercise I think I came up with but essentially its the preacher curl but with maximal emphasis on the stretch component.

basically you sit further back and stop when your arm is parallel to the floor.

This puts the move tension on your bicep when it is the most stretched.

Just becareful with this one because you won’t be able to go heavy with this and you will need to use much lighter weight.

but just control the weight throughout the whole rep.

And lastly we hit the triceps with the dumbbell skull crushers I like these better than using the barbell because in the past that gave me really bad elbow pain that lasted months.

This workout is pretty low volume but if you train to failure, it should be enough to grow. (plus im also on a mini cut at the moment not trying to push volume)
